Victoria brings over 25 years of ‘C-suite’ Talent Acquisition, Retention and Leadership development with a global perspective, having lived and worked in both emerging and developed economies and operated at Partner level within one of the world’s leading Human Capital Consultancies.

She was a founding ExCo member of the 30% Club (Middle East Chapter), and Chair of the D&I committee for global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, across MENA & APAC regions.

Victoria is passionate about people, purpose and the disruptive forces at play, including AI and sustainability. She studied Environmental GeoScience (CleanTech) at University and retains a strong interest and passion for renewables and sustainability.

Victoria is trained in a broad array of assessment tools, including HOGAN & BPS accreditation.
