Claire Lawson has decades of experience specialising in executive search, with a focus on leadership roles across the consumer, industrial, and professional services sectors. Her clients span multinationals, private equity firms, and family offices.

Before joining ISP, Claire was a Partner at two highly respected executive search firms. Prior to that, she spent ten years at Russell Reynolds, where she worked in both Singapore and London, managing multi-regional searches with a particular focus on Asia and the UK. She has extensive experience in senior functional roles across supply chain, marketing, sales, innovation, and HR, and has led multiple leadership and succession projects in these areas.

Prior to her career in search, Claire worked at Accenture for ten years, focusing on strategy, process redesign, and organisational change. Claire is fluent in French and English.
