Emma Haddleton

Emma leads our Leadership Advisory business. She is a Chartered (Coaching and Occupational) and Registered Psychologist and brings over twenty-eight years’ experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations to assess and identify leadership strengths and potential and to then develop this through coaching and developmental programs.

She has been successful in developing leaders across the full range of industries and cultures, at all career stages. She has in-depth expertise in psychometrics and other assessment tools, such as interviews and career histories, to enable clients to collaboratively formulate a prioritised leadership plan, which results in both immediate and positive successes and sustainable long-term leadership development. She works at the most senior levels of leadership within both the public and private sectors, focusing on leading at scale in complex environments.

Emma is a Chartered Psychologist (Coaching & Occupational), HCPC Registered and is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist, Registered European Psychologist, Associate Fellow, holds an Honours degree in Psychology and a MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Outside work, Emma enjoys spending time with and supporting family, young and old.
